Horseback rides at the pack station are an amazing experience for anyone that’s passionate about horseback riding. From no experience in the saddle to growing up on horses we have just the adventure for you. We pride ourselves in producing a fantastic experience all while staying professional and safe.
DELUXE CAMPING TRIPS
$250/Person Per Day | 2 Person Minimum
If you’re looking for an amazing adventure in one of Oregon’s wild and scenic wildernesses this vacation is for you. The deluxe camp features a full blown camp with the gear to make a relaxing trip in the backcountry. Along with a 14x16ft wall tent for preparing food accompanied with a camp cook, your own personal dome tent will be provided. OBO will also provide a wrangler to help with suggesting places to explore. Included in the camp will be plenty of chairs to relax in and snacks to enjoy a full tummy in the back country.
HIGH LAKE TOURS
$350/Person Per Day | 2 person & 3 Day Minimum
High lake tours are a progressive style deluxe camp. This means that we will start you out at a location and move daily so that your wilderness adventure is complete by seeing new scenery every day. This choice also allows us to move camp daily helping with the prevention of causing unnecessary impact within our majestic wildness.
BACKPACKER GEAR DROP
$400 for packer and first mule
Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the mountains without struggling to pack gear throughout its treacherous terrain. You can have all of your gear dropped off at preferred location of your choice. Additional pack mule $125 per mule (each pack mule can carry 100-120 lbs or 2 large duffel bags). Riding horses $150/per person. We can come pick your gear up as well for the trip out for the same rates.
DROP CAMPS
Prices vary depending on gear and location
Furnished camp and your personal items are packed to your designated campsite.
FISHING TRIPS
$250/Person Per Day
The trout are plentiful in the high lakes if fishing is your thing. We can take you into the wilderness for a high lake fishing adventure.
This service can be a one day or multiple day adventure.
STALL RENTALS
$25/horse per day
Our stall rentals here at the pack station are pretty simple. Your horse is in a pen to itself unless otherwise requested and is provided with water, along with approximately 25 pounds of hay for your horse.

SHORT RIDE

Horse is led around the facility by a wrangler.
1 HOUR RIDE
$45/person
1 Hour guided trail ride into the mountains up the West Fork trail.
Offered daily with departure times of: 8 am, 11 am, 1 pm and 4 pm. Riders should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to departure times.
2 HOUR RIDE
$85/person
2 hours guided trail ride through Wallowa Lake's surrounding beauty.
Offered daily with departure times of: 9 am and 2 pm. Riders should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to departure times.
HALF DAY RIDE
$135/person - 2 person minimum*
Approximately 4 hour guided trail ride into the majestic Eagle Cap Wilderness
Offered daily with departure times of: 8 am and 1 pm. Riders should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to departure times.

FULL DAY RIDE
$210/person - 2 person minimum*
Visit Aneroid Lake while taking in the gorgeous scenery of the Wallowa Mountains. Ample time to rest and enjoy the lake.
Offered daily with departure times of: 8 am. Riders should arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time.
